Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the issue) is mandatory for all return and refund claims.
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- You ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind.
- The product is not damaged or defective.
- The unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at pikkow9@gmail.com. Once your return is approved:
- You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Return items must be sent to:
Pikkow Pillows, 2nd Floor, Ramanand Trade Center, 34-A Chandralok Colony, Kapoorthala Xing, Aliganj, Lucknow
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at pikkow9@gmail.com if the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is different from what you ordered
All such claims must be supported with a clear unboxing video.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:
- Initiate a return for the existing product.
- Place a new order separately after your return is accepted.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before processing begins.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified if the refund is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
- The amount will reflect in your account within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at pikkow9@gmail.com.
