Refund Eligibility Criteria:
- We offer full refunds or re-fulfillment for products that are wrongfully delivered (where the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or have a genuine manufacturing defect.
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable for products delivered in perfect condition as per the original order.
Manufacturing Defects:
In the case of a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:
- Upon receiving the product, our quality-control team will inspect it to verify authenticity.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, your refund will be processed.
Conditions for Refund:
- The product must be in its original condition with tags intact. Used products will not be accepted.
- For serviceable pin codes, customers are responsible for returning the product themselves.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are processed, typically within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be initiated within a maximum of 3 working days.
- It may take between 5-15 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
