Return Window

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Will Be Applicable Only If:

 

  • Wrong product or defective product received.
  • Delivered different Size or Item from what you ordered

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • A complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the issue) must be uploaded within 48 hours of delivery for all return and refund claims.

⚠️ Returns Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases:

  • You ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind.
  • Claims such as did not like, seeded/not seeded, change of mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer wanted.
  • The product is not damaged or defective.
  • The unboxing video is missing, incomplete, or not provided within the given time.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at pikkow9@gmail.com. Once your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Return items must be sent to:
    Pikkow Pillows, 2nd Floor, Ramanand Trade Center, 34-A Chandralok Colony, Kapoorthala Xing, Aliganj, Lucknow

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at pikkow9@gmail.com if the product:

 

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The product is different from what you ordered

All such claims must be supported with a clear and complete unboxing video

Replacement

We do not offer direct replacements. If you wish to replace an item:

  1. Initiate a return for the existing product.
  2. Place a new order separately after your return is accepted.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before processing begins.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified if the refund is approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
  • The amount will reflect in your account within 5–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
